The service was fantastic, organizing special birthday treats and being attentive to all our needs. The location is a bit far from Hoi An Old Town but compensates with a peaceful setting near the beach. The hotel is situated just out of town, not too far from the beautiful Old Town of Hoi An. The rooms were big, clean, and just beautiful, although the disabled room wasn't adequate. The service was excellent and friendly, always helpful with any requirements. The dining options were plentiful but could sometimes be limited due to frequent groups. Overall, a lovely location with friendly staff and good services.
